Annual Salary Range : $100,000 base, plus up to $90,000 bonus ($10k per location)
Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee operations at 9 Anytime Fitness gym locations. The Regional Director will play a pivotal role in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, possesses strong business acumen, and is skilled in managing multiple locations, delivering on KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership :
- Set and achieve sales targets across all locations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement action plans to maximize revenue.
- Drive membership growth and retention strategies.
- Operational Excellence :
- Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently and consistently according to company standards.
- Conduct regular visits to locations to assess operational performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that team members provide a premium fitness experience.
- Team Leadership & Development :
- Recruit, train, and develop Franchise Managers, Personal Trainers, and support staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet goals.
- Set clear expectations for staff performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Lead team events and initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure effective staffing levels are maintained at each gym location.
- Performance Management :
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Hold teams accountable for meeting goals, driving individual and club performance.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate staff and drive results.
- Recruitment & Retention :
- Partner with gym managers to identify staffing needs and oversee recruiting efforts for all club positions.
- Attract and retain top talent by promoting a strong company culture and career growth opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Financial Accountability :
- Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and monitor financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
Requirements : Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-location management in the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving operational performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passionate about health and fitness, committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable using management software tools.
