Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume
screening, candidate interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and create
job descriptions and interview processes tailored to each role.
Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and build a talent
pipeline for future needs.
Conduct reference checks and ensure all candidates meet company
requirements.
HR Generalist Duties
Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new
hires and facilitating orientation sessions.
Administer HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and
company standards.
Assist with employee relations issues, addressing concerns and
escalating as needed.
Support performance management processes, including annual reviews,
feedback sessions, and development planning.
Help implement and maintain HR programs, such as employee
engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and benefits administration.
HR Compliance & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure HR
documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in HR reporting and analysis, preparing data on recruitment metrics,
turnover, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Proven experience ( 1-5+ years) as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and general HR functions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
relationships at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and applicant tracking
systems (ATS).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
