Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role. Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying;

hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

As a product manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies, and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies.

You will also work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. Travel between our global offices is expected.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and partner across the organization to develop action plans.
• Focus on building effective and scalable features and auto-moderation strategy to provide users with a safe experience.
• Work closely with issue experts and policy team, as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success.
• Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.

Qualifications :

• 5 or more years of experience in product management in Consumer-Facing mobile or web Internet companies.
• Experience and expertise in Trust and Safety; understanding the landscape and new policy development and implementation.
• Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of delivering value-adding products, and / or organizational or process changes that benefit the business.
• Good project management and communication skills, able to influence and unite cross-functional teams.
• Experience of working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
• Strong and proven data analysis skills for product design and knowledge of methods for researching and analyzing product designs to determine their potential for meeting organizational standards and business needs.

Job Information :

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.
