Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Engineer with experience in Financial Services Cloud to join our growing team.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our financial services clients.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions that streamline processes and drive business efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience :
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant products.
Technical Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Proficiency with Salesforce development and deployment tools, such as Salesforce DX, Git, and CI / CD processes.
Certifications :
Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Administrator, or Financial Services Cloud Specialist are highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data migration techniques.
- Understanding of financial services industry concepts and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
Responsibilities / Tasks :
As our Salesforce Engineer, you’ll be the brains of our CRM, ensuring every detail is just right. Here’s a taste of what you’ll do :
- Financial Services Cloud Development : Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to optimize client relationship management and business processes.
- Customization and Configuration : Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows to meet business needs, including the creation of custom dashboards, reports, and data analytics tools.
- System Integration : Integrate Salesforce Financial Services Cloud with other systems, databases, and third-party applications to create a seamless experience.
- Data Management : Manage data migrations, data quality, and data integrity efforts within Salesforce, ensuring the accuracy of customer and financial data.
- Automation and Process Optimization : Create and optimize process automation using tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Apex triggers, and custom components.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Provide technical support, identify root causes of issues, and implement timely solutions to ensure smooth operations of the Salesforce platform.
- Collaboration : Partner with product owners, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
- Documentation : Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation of customizations, workflows, data models, and integrations.
- Design ; scalable solutions and identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Work with business and functional users to support and improve existing system applications and processes; resolve business and technical problems by identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvements to processes and applications.
Position Details :
- Location : 8041 Arco Corporate Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617
- Commitment : 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule around events. Expect to work 6-8 nights a month, traveling for up to 4, 2-night events across the country.
- Compensation : Starting salary range is $90,000 to $130,000, plus a generous benefits package.
