Position : FF&E Designer
Responsibilities :
- Plan spaces for furniture and interiors
- Mix colors, patterns, and textures effectively
- Source and procure furniture and fabrics for various applications
- Collaborate on projects in Senior Living and Multi-Family settings
- Draft, detail, and prepare graphic presentations
- Ensure the appropriate scale for furniture, art, and accessories
- Enter specifications into procurement software
- Create and verify purchase orders
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in furniture space planning
- Strong understanding of fabric types and their applications
- Basic drafting and graphic presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable in a small entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed
