Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Environmental Engineer, Geologist or Environmental Scientist , who is an accomplished technical lead to join our team in Franklin, TN;

Atlanta, GA; or Decatur, AL . The right candidate will provide technical leadership in our contamination investigation and remediation group.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in :

• Providing technical expertise and leadership to a variety of client projects
• Planning and owning the delivery of projects
• Providing creative solutions to fit the needs of our clients and communities
• Leading and contributing to the preparation of proposals, strategies, and deliverables in a client-facing role

What you will bring to the team :

• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, from an accredited university
• 15+ years of contaminated site investigation and remediation experience
• Experience in project management of environmental projects from investigation to remediation
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and swiftly adapt to changing client needs
• Experience in identifying existing client growth potential
• Robust written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely
• Licensed professional engineer (PE) or professional geologist (PG) with demonstrated soil and groundwater assessment and remediation experience
• OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER training (current)
• Highly motivated with excellent technical writing and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Capable of producing high quality products on schedule and within budget
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software
