Accounts Payable Specialist

Excellent with Purchase Orders and Payments? Our Vaco client is seeking a highly detailed oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate Payment Processing, Vendor Statements, and Records are maintained within their small Finance Department.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas. There will be an Excel Assessment for this opportunity. Please inquire within.

AP Specialist

Salary : $55-70k

Onsite : near Somerset, NJ (in office)

Responsibilities :

• Reconciling Vendor statements to General Ledger
• Purchase Orders and Invoicing
• ACH Wires and check payments
• Assists with Sales Tax
• Provide Cash Receipts and monthly Accruals

Skills Needed :

• Bachelor's Degree or Proven Experience in AP
• Advanced Excel experience, required
• At least 2-3+ yrs AP / AR experience
