Reporting to the Assistant Director for Sports Programs the Sports Program Coordinator at Campus Recreation is a key position which supports the success of the Comprehensive sports and youth programs offered.
The Sports Program Coordinator will :
- Assist in the direction, development, and administration of comprehensive sport and youth programs.
- Oversee compliance and serve as the secondary adviser for sport club officers, participants, coaches, and volunteers.
- Manage the administration of leagues and participants within Intramural and Extramural Sports.
- Supervise and provide development opportunities for 1-3 graduate assistants / interns and 150-200 student employees.
- Work collaboratively with Campus Recreation and University Risk Management to ensure safe and effective programming.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
