Position Overview :

Responsibilities :

Customer Consultations :

Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to understand their bathroom remodeling needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Product Knowledge :

Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies in bathroom remodeling to effectively communicate the value of Aloft Remodeling's offerings.

Design Presentations :

Collaborate with our design team to create compelling presentations that showcase customized bathroom remodeling solutions tailored to each client's requirements.

Quoting and Pricing :

Provide accurate and transparent project quotes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company profitability goals.

Sales Negotiation :

Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to secure agreements that benefit both the client and Aloft Remodeling.

Relationship Building :

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to ensure seamless communication and execution of bathroom remodeling projects.

Sales Reporting :

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular reporting to the sales manager.

Qualifications :

  • Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills are crucial, as is self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort with utilizing technology is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Robust work ethic, ambition, and focus, coupled with honesty and integrity.
  • A successful background check will also be required.
