Join Salem Health and Clinics as an APP, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive primary care to our community in the Willamette Valley.

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team across multiple clinic locations, all utilizing Epic EMR.

Clinic Background

Our Uglow Clinic located Dallas, Oregon, offers a small-town atmosphere with close proximity to Salem. This well-established clinic is known for its multigenerational patient base and strong community ties, providing a fulfilling career with the support of an experienced and collegial team.

Here you can provide comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for an APP to join our team and take on a diverse patient panel.

This This full-time position requires 32 hours of patient-facing time with a flexible 4-day work week and opportunities for extended hours.

With opportunities for virtual care integration, manageable daily call rotations, quarterly offsite meetings, and social events, you'll join a team that emphasizes work-life balance.

Background / Expertise :

You may be a qualified Physician Assistant candidate if you :

• Have graduated from a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) or its predecessors.
• Have passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination and are certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
• Current Physician Assistant license in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board.
• Hold DEA certification.
• Successful completion of the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

You may be a qualified Nurse Practitioner candidate if you :

• Possess a Master’s Degree or higher in Nursing, or in a field deemed to be equivalent by the Oregon Board of Nursing.
• Have satisfactorily completed a Nurse Practitioner Program recognized by the Oregon Board of Nursing.
• Hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon.
• Hold valid, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner national certification issued American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or National Certification Corporation (NCC), or an equivalent Medicare / Medicaid approved certifying body or be actively seeking certification and obtain the same in the specialty area requested within 24 months of privileges being granted at Salem Hospital.
