SDET Automation Test Lead

Location : 3 days in the office- Phoenix AZ OR Charlotte NC

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+Years of QA experience with agile practices.
• Hands on in UI (Selenium), API Automation (rest assured), Core Java and Java Programming.

Roles / Responsibilities :

• Good Communication Skills.
• Good Knowledge in Core Java and Java Programming.
• Hands on in UI (Selenium) and API Automation (rest assured).
• Good Experience in Unit Test frameworks like JUnit, TestNG and build tool like Maven.
• Experience in BDD Automation using Cucumber.
• Experience Customization of automation frameworks using Keyword Driven, Hybrid.
• Debugging and executing the Automation scripts.
• Experience in version control tool like SVN / GitHub.
• Experience in CI tool like Jenkins / Bamboo.

Must Have Skills :

• UI, API (Rest Assured)
• Java and OOPS concepts
• Selenium and REST Assured framework
• Customization of automation frameworks using Keyword Driven, Hybrid
• Writing, Enhancing and Driving automated scripts for test cases

Work Authorization :

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
