Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume, prep intensive kitchens.
- A passion to serve high quality, delicious food.
- Must be able to manage and develop people (kitchen staff).
- Excellent tenure and progression.
- Past evidence of work ethic and loyalty.
