We are recruiting a Trauma & Acute Care Surgeon to join our busy faculty team in the Department of Surgery. CSMC is a 958-bed academic center with state-of-the-art surgical facilities, an independent surgical residency and a surgical ICU fellowship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing trauma, emergency surgery and the surgical ICU on a rotational basis.

We are seeking candidates at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Education and research are strong core responsibilities of our Trauma ACS faculty surgeons.

Other areas of interest in general surgery can be accommodated as well.Cedars-Sinai physicians and scientists are leaders in basic and clinical research, bringing advancements in medicine directly from the laboratory to the bedside.

Opportunities for junior surgeons to collaborate with productive full-time researchers present a unique opportunity for the academically motivated surgeon.

Our compensation philosophyWe offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees.

The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge / skills;

relevant experience and training; education / certifications / licensure; and other business and organizational factors.

This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package.
