Workplace Resource is a premier office furniture dealership with a creative, collaborative work environment that offers a variety of services to our clients as well as the architectural and design community.
Our total design package includes; selecting office furnishings and making appropriate selections to meet a customer's budget, specifying interior architectural systems and selecting and advising floor coverings offerings.
Our specialty is focusing on commercial and academic clientele.
Our Designers work closely with our sales team and clients to achieve clients goals using AutoCAD and CAP software. Our lead line Teknion allows us to bring cutting edge workplace strategy and design to commercial, institutional, healthcare and educational settings.
Responsibilities for this role include programing and space planning, site verification, product specification, drawings, coordination with PM along with assisting sales with client presentations.
Education experience
- 5 + years’ experience in Commercial Interior Design Role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAP
- BS or BA degree in interior design from a FIDER / CIDA accredited institution
- High Level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with a fast-paced team
- Knowledge of building accessibility and life safety cods
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities and high-volume workload effectively with speed and accuracy.
- Self-Motivated innovative and team focused
- Confident leading client presentations
