- This is an in office role communicating with the field service technicians, walking them through troubleshooting techniques.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, proofers, and more.
- Must be able to articulate preventive maintenance on bakery machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct repairs, replacements, and adjustments of mechanical components as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports for each job completed.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring the best use of equipment.
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to address any technical queries.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company standards during all service visits.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for any service task.
