Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Provide detailed information on a variety of insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
- Customize insurance plans to fit clients’ needs and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide clients with the best options.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Key Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
