Based in our office in Morrisville, North Carolina, Nufarm is looking for a Senior Regulatory Manager reporting to our US Director, Regulatory Affairs.
The Senior Regulatory Manager will manage federal regulatory activities for a broad portfolio of active ingredients and products within assigned business segments including row crops.
This role will also be responsible for working in cross-functional teams, providing regulatory expertise and leadership to the business and applicable market segment teams while independently defining regulatory strategies, managing federal registration applications for new products, and defending existing active ingredients and products as assigned.
You can expect to provide support to global colleagues on assigned activities on an as-needed basis.
What will you be doing?
- Manage all EPA regulatory activities for assigned active ingredients, products and business segments, including new products and amendments to existing products.
- Defend existing active ingredients and products through EPA registration review and Endangered Species assessments.
- Support the Portfolio Solutions team by evaluating new product concepts and providing expert regulatory strategy for development and commercialization projects.
- Proactively identify potential regulatory issues on products or industry topics under assigned areas of responsibility and independently take lead on internal communication and strategy development.
What do you bring?
You bring a minimum of 7 with 10 to 15 years of experience (desirable), in regulatory affairs and compliance, specifically in the Agrochemical sector (e.
g. Contract Research Organization, Regulatory Consultancy, AgChem Industry). The right candidate will have full knowledge of EPA and FIFRA authorization processes and requirements, experience in building product registration packages, strong organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects along with a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in life sciences, agriculture or chemistry.
