Compensation :
$120,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Review the financial status, credit history, and property valuations of applicants in Troy, MI to assess loan feasibility
- Ensure compliance of loan agreements with regulations and company policies specific to Troy, MI
- Provide clients in Troy, MI with guidance on loan options and terms tailored to their needs
- Assist clients in Troy, MI with completing loan applications and collecting necessary documentation
- Collaborate with underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals in Troy, MI to streamline the loan approval process

Qualifications :
- Must have previous experience working as a Loan Officer or in a similar role
