Responsibilities
A Mortgage Loan Officer assists clients in securing financing for real estate purchases by understanding their financial needs, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
They build relationships with clients and industry professionals, staying updated on mortgage products and rates to provide accurate information and support throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- MLO license required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain competitive and coachable while working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Desire to take your sales career to the next level
- Ability to adapt well to change with the willingness to maintain a flexible schedule
- Team player attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience reaching or exceeding sales goals and objectives
- Proven success in a sales or customer service role
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Loan origination : 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
