Job Purpose :
This position is responsible for fulfilling daily rental and used sales opportunities, purchasing, and inventory control of all used and rental units, specifying trucks, and fleet management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle all promotions on rental equipment.
- Handle invoices on all rental equipment.
- Take incoming calls on rental equipment.
- Process and file all paperwork on all rental and used transactions.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred :
- This position requires at least 3 years of experience in the material handling industry, preferably in sales or rental equipment.
- This position requires at least a high school education, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent problem solving, judgment making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
Working Conditions :
- This position is an in-office role that reports into our Columbus office.
- Occasional travel is required.
- Working in an office environment.
- Working in a stationary position for an extended period.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Compensation :
The expected starting salary range for this role is $24 - $30 per hour. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
