CC-E is a 24 bed critical care unit caring for both medical and surgical critical patients. No call, no rotating shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions and customer service for an assigned patient care area which promote an organized, efficient delivery of care to patients.
The position facilitates communication between physicians, nurses, patients and visitors and acts as a liaison with all other internal departments and external contacts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education :
High school diploma or GED required.
Medical Terminology preferred.
Required length of experience :
Recent healthcare experience preferred.
Computer, customer service, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
