Summary : A Senior QA Automation / Manual Engineer is sought to join the IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega team.
This role will enhance the team's ability to deliver high-quality software by developing and executing both automated and manual tests.
The candidate will work closely with development teams, ensuring top-notch software releases and maintaining CI processes.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile and waterfall frameworks.
- Formulate and coordinate test strategies with development and product teams.
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test plans.
- Conduct UI and functional tests using automation tools.
- Maintain automated Continuous Integration flows and troubleshoot system issues.
- Validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results and resolve defects.
Skills / Qualifications :
- BS / MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
- Proficient in automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Familiarity with web application testing, CI processes, and test management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA).
- Experience with SQL databases and version control systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have : Experience with C#, Azure DevOps, SpecFlow, and automation testing of client-server and web applications.
