Program Manager

In this role, you'll oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Adult Housing program, including strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and evaluation. You'll develop new initiatives, provide leadership to your team, and ensure that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the overall planning, organizing, staffing, and operational management of the programDevelop new initiatives and long-term objectives to support strategic directionOversee daily program delivery, ensuring quality and effectiveness of servicesDesign and implement evaluation frameworks to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvementMonitor program activities and perform regular reviews in accordance with evaluation standardsManage program budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with funding requirementsWrite and submit reports to internal stakeholders and fundersCommunicate with funders as outlined in funding agreementsHire, supervise, coach, and support program staff, including performance management and professional developmentLead weekly team meetings to ensure client needs are addressed and discussedServe as a positive role model and uphold the organization's mission, vision, and valuesMaintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and internal communicationsEngage in local and state behavioral health and policy initiatives as appropriatePerform other related duties as assignedEducation, Experience, and / or Credential Qualifications :
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counseling required ORBachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, or closely related human services fieldIf the degree is in a field other than human services, four (4) years of experience in mental health is requiredThree (3) years of experience supervising clinical services preferredAdditional Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's license and current auto insurance requiredSuccessful completion of background checks (criminal record, driving record, abuse / neglect, fingerprint)CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications (may be provided upon hire)Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare reports and lead presentationsDemonstrated ability to organize people and projects effectivelyWorking knowledge of DSM, psychotropic medications, and substance use servicesKnowledge of CARF accreditation standards, state licensure guidelines, and compliance regulationsAbility to develop workflows, use independent judgment, and exercise leadershipPositive, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal relationship skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet platforms, databases, and web-based applicationsUnderstanding of evidence-based practices and services supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to independent livingPhysical Requirements :
