This hands-on Quality Engineering Management role will lead and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) while driving process improvement, regularly interacting with customers, having a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, and maintaining rigorous quality control.
This role will work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership to maintain adherence to ISO9001 & AS9100 certifications, collaborating continuously.
Manage a skilled quality team of engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Several years in Quality Management within aerospace manufacturing.
Strong experience in quality control methodologies, AS9100 audits, and precision manufacturing processes.
Proficiency with QMS tools like Unipoint or similar (i.e. IQMS, Sparta, ETQ Reliance)
Proficiency with JobBoss ERP or similar (Epicor, Sage 100 / 300)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
