Job Description
Employee Benefits Account Manager - Hybrid
Respected company seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager with the following qualifications :
- Experience servicing employee benefits accounts (Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, Vision, HSA, FSA).
- Experience working with small to mid size groups
- Ability to work with clients, answer their questions pertaining to their policies, solve any current or outstanding issues and recommend applicable coverage as needed.
- Assist Producer with Open Enrollment meetings.
- Assist in handling the renewal process
Requirements
- Prior Experience working with an Independent Brokerage or Agency.
- MUST HAVE - Active Life & Health License
- Experience working in a team environment.
