Compensation and Benefits : We offer a competitive annual salary of $65K to $115K. Our unique two-tiered pay system distinguishes between administrative duties and treatment time, allowing you to set a comfortable work pace and determine your own earning potential based on treatment hours.

Your Role as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist : As an essential member of our clinical team, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to foster the development and functional skills of our clients.
You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide effective therapy services and offer education to patients, families, and caregivers on supportive strategies.
Expectations :
- Achieve a 95% positive customer satisfaction rating.
- Meet at least 80% of therapy goals upon re-evaluation.
- Complete 100% of billable hours as per the employment agreement.
- Ensure timely and thorough documentation.
Required Qualifications :
- Current occupational therapy license.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Pediatric therapy experience is a plus.
