Our office is growing, and so is our front office team! We have recently added a doctor to our team, bringing additional expertise to this department.

We know that a front office associate can come in a range of sizes, shapes, and flavors (we personally are fond of chocolate around here).

You are the front office associate we are looking for if you are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, efficient, and timely.

You love helping people with a smile on your face and bringing positive energy. You appreciate your teammates and help to build trust and comprehension in our busy schedule.

Requirements (these are real, actual requirements) :

• You have graduated from high school.
• You are comfortable answering phone calls and delivering information to a wide variety of sources.
• You learn quickly on a computer and are capable of maneuvering around a savvy software system.
• You are comfortable in an ever-changing, ever-growing environment.
