About the Data Entry role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in verifying the accuracy of data extracted from scanned documents, making necessary corrections, and applying various data validation rules.

Some full keying tasks will also be required. Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this position.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective time management abilities, and a capacity to adapt to evolving technology and business requirements are essential.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution.

To be successful in this role, you will have :

• Excellent communication skills
• Keyboarding and software proficiency
• A minimum of one year of experience in data entry or office administration
• Foundational knowledge of the Windows operating system
• Dependability

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and / or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and / or sick time.

The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600- $33,250.
