Utah First Credit Union is seeking an experienced 40-hours a week Executive Assistant to work at our corporate headquarters in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

DESCRIPTION

The Executive Assistant will work with our CEO and board of directors. The ideal Executive Assistant candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, they will have the ability to enhance relationships with stakeholders and take on a variety of projects.

Time management skills and punctuality are vital as is the ability to anticipate tasks that need completed and recommend actions.

The Executive Assistant is able to juggle projects, is personable, and keeps confidences. Duties include organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms, making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries, taking meeting minutes and writing them up, calendar management, client relations, making and accepting phone calls for the CEO.

Executive Assistant Benefits

$75,000 to $85,000 annually depending on experience. We provide a base compensation with the potential to earn a quarterly bonus, plus a full benefit package including : 20 PTO days, medical, dental and vision insurance, and on-site gym, 401K with 5% employer match, profit-sharing plan, 12 paid holidays.

Executive Assistant Qualifications

Associates degree in English, communication, business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Expertise with Microsoft products. Bachelor's degree preferred. Financial institution experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 18 years and older.

They decided to start a new credit union. The Utah German American Federal Credit Union was created with 23 member / owners and $115.00.

Our founders were onto something when they started Utah First more than 85 years ago. We've built our Credit Union around the idea of strengthening our community and creating excellent relationships.
