Our Account Executives play a crucial role in designing and executing ITE’s major events. They manage each project element from concept to completion and provide support to the Director of Events.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned event professional with exceptional client relation and organizational skills. They must be adept at handling complex event logistics and confident in delivering outstanding results under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage high-end and complex events : overseeing full event lifecycle
- Create innovative event designs, digital vision boards, timelines, and accurate floor plans
- Develop seamless registration and website applications
- Host events up to 10,000 attendees
- Be a reliable leader and provide training opportunities for the events team
- Learn and master company processes and procedures
- Understand and operate a wide selection of ITE inventory
- Be adept at handling high-level budgets
- Confidently negotiate contracts with event-related vendors and venues
- Tastefully represent In The Event, maintain network, and grow client base
- Conduct effective site-visits and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Effectively collaborate with the graphics department, lighting / AV technicians, Warehouse Director, and warehouse / event technicians
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in an event-related field or 4-6 years of event experience
- Demonstrates working knowledge and experience within the event industry
- Experience in effectively managing teams and different personalities
- Experience managing high-level budgets
- Understands industry trends
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage stress
- Internally driven and creative
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours for their events
PAY RANGE :
1-5 Years experience : $40,000 - $60,000
6-10 years experience : $60,000 - $80,000
BENEFITS (eligible after 90-day trial period) :
