This is an outstanding opportunity to join TNS as a Business Development Executive, selling our world class portfolio of connectivity and payment services into enterprise customers in North America.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and / or experience :
- A minimum of 5 years sales and solution development experience and a proven track record of success selling network and connectivity solutions into new customers.
- Prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads by contacting potential new customers via outbound phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Leverage your established industry network and understanding of Managed Network Service Providers across Retail, Fuel, Convenience, ATM, Processors and other Financial Institutions.
- Strong track record of managing your pipeline, appointment schedule, and deal information via CRM tools like Salesforce.
com, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality, with high-energy and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Excellent listening and consultative skills with a strong ability to communicate across a range of diverse cultures and corporate levels, including Executive Management (C-level).
- Demonstrated success and over-achievement of quota in a value-proposition, solution selling environment.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze and evaluate market dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan and account strategies to meet goals.
- Ability to learn new product knowledge rapidly.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities simultaneously.
- Adept at coordinating with clients and internal legal, contracts management, and executive leadership to get contracts negotiated and signed quickly.
- For this role, we anticipate paying $126,000 - $154,000 annually. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
