We are a small law firm, female-owned, and a great place to work where everyone is respected. We are looking for someone to assist in developing and growing the company.

Tasks would include managing our staff, facilities, and business systems. We are looking for someone with significant experience managing a law firm.

Compensation :

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

The Professional Legal Administrator will oversee all aspects of the office and office staff, which includes :

  • Developing strategic plans to achieve specific goals
  • Hiring, training, supervising, and terminating administrative staff
  • Creating and improving our office processes
  • Assisting in the development of policies and procedures
  • Overseeing outside vendors such as IT support, insurance, and payroll service

Qualifications :

  • PLA must have at least 10 years of experience managing staff in a law firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to independently set priorities and achieve results
  • Ability to effectively address and solve problems, focusing on solutions best for the company
  • Professional demeanor and communication
