Advanced Behavioral Therapy is a BCBA owned and operated company. We understand the dynamics of the ABA therapeutic process and provide support and collaboration for all our staff.

Advanced Behavioral Therapy is now hiring a full time BCBA to join our growing team of professionals in our Columbus OH Center.
The BCBA will be responsible to work as a team with clients, families, and providers in the ABT Center. The BCBA will also be responsible to assess the clients, create treatment plans, train and supervise the direct staff (RBT) and collaborate with all team members and families to ensure accurate and quality services are being provided to our clients.
The BCBA will also be responsible to report to the clinical director on a monthly basis with review and record of progress of each client.
Qualifications :
- BCBA and OHIO board certification in good standing for at least 1 year
- Experience providing BCBA supervision and training for at least 1 year
- Experience with creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
- Experience working within a school environment preferred.
- Salary to commensurate with experience.
- Daytime hours.
Schedules may be flexible. Benefits are available for full time staff.
