In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading and facilitating school age programs that provide educational support, structure, and socialization opportunities for siblings and patients staying at any of our four locations.
By offering academic support, a sense of normalcy for siblings, and a daily respite for parents, you will help bridge the gap in education and create a fun and educational environment where children can continue to learn and thrive.

What we're looking for in a School Age Programming Facilitators / Learning Lab Instructor
To excel in the role of Part-Time School Age Programming Facilitator / Learning Lab Instructor at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay, Inc.
strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Dependability and flexibility are key traits to navigate the dynamic environment of our Learning Lab, where the ability to work effectively with parents and children is essential.
While a High School Diploma is required, candidates pursuing a degree in education, early childhood development, physical education, recreation, or special education are encouraged to apply.
A valid teacher's license is not mandatory, making this an ideal opportunity for retired teachers or individuals with childcare or after-school program experience.
Those holding a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential are welcome to apply as well, though it is not a prerequisite for this rewarding position.
