Join Mako Industries : Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing (MEP) Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced MEP Operations Manager with a strong background in managing Commercial MEP Service companies.
Mako Industries provides Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services across three branch locations, Houston, DFW, and Austin.

The Operations Manager Is Responsible For :
- Providing leadership and direction for day-to-day execution of work
- Developing and implementing execution plans.
- Maximizing overall business objectives and ensure maximum profitability.
- At least 8 years verifiable experience in heavy Commercial Plumbing and HVAC
- State plumbing license or 5+ verifiable years as an Operations Manager.
- HVAC - EPA Universal license or 5+ verifiable years as an Operations Manager
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with responsibility of managing numerous Service managers, dispatchers, administrative, HVAC technicians, Electricians, and Plumbers.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- P & L - maintain profit margins
- Approving all additional pricing quoted to customers, including change orders, back charges, claims, and anything that changes the contract.
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
