What You’ll Do
As the Senior Manager, Retail Marketing you’ll be responsible for leading a high performing team that delivers category leading digital and physical experiences across the retail channel.
You’ll develop best in class assets that align with our mission and acquisition goals, ensuring we’re consistent and premium across all accounts.
You’ll be a strategic thought leader amongst our team, unafraid to challenge the status quo, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Build and manage annual marketing plans for the Retail Channel that deliver business goals, working closely with various cross-functional teams.
- Lead the Retail GTM strategy and drive development and execution of all relevant deliverables. Translate objectives into strategic retail marketing programs that enhance customer acquisition goals.
- Be the experience lead for our Amazon presence by ensuring our Brand Store, PDP pages, and media ads are optimized towards acquisition KPIs.
- Leverage data driven insights to inform retail marketing programs and activation strategies.
- Partner closely and work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams, including but not limited to product marketing, brand, design, and sales.
- Drive the development of strong, compelling, and consumer-centric content that supports the brand and aligns with our mission.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure flawless and timely execution of new products & services in the retail channel.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our consumers and our brand in order to thoughtfully incorporate insights into everything we do across retail touchpoints.
- Manage the department budget and analyze investments to ensure positive return on investment.
- Lead & develop a high-performing team. Nurture key skills and capabilities within the team and foster career development that aligns with individual goals.
- Fully own our trade show program inclusive of the booth development and build, event participation, staffing, and results reporting.
