Role Overview :

As the Product Manager for YouTube Targeting Solutions, you will hold a pivotal position within Zefr, directly overseeing strategies that contribute to over 50% of the company's revenue.

This role is not just about managing a product line; it's about owning and driving the majority of Zefr's financial success and growth.

With a deep understanding of YouTube's advertising ecosystem, combined with creativity and technical expertise, you will lead the development and enhancement of Zefr's YouTube targeting products.

Collaborating closely with engineering, sales, customer service, and marketing teams, your mission will be to steer the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Your strategic decisions will ensure our solutions not only meet market needs but set new standards, reinforcing Zefr's leadership in digital advertising.

This role is a major driver of growth, demanding a visionary leader capable of propelling our company into the future of YouTube advertising technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and own the product roadmap for YouTube targeting solutions, aligning product vision with market needs and company strategy.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI, Engineering, and QA teams to design and implement innovative targeting solutions for YouTube, facilitating brand-safe and effective advertising for global brands.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clear communication and mutual respect.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies, highlighting Zefr's unique value proposition and the advanced capabilities of our YouTube targeting solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating complex product features into clear, value-driven narratives.
  • Conduct data-driven experiments and leverage insights for product optimization.
  • Guide and mentor within the product organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What We're Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused company, with at least 2 years in product management related to digital advertising or ad tech.
  • Proven experience in YouTube planning, ad operations, or trading, with a strong understanding of the platform's advertising mechanisms and standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies.
  • A passion for data analysis, with a metrics-driven approach to product development and value delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and explaining technical concepts in accessible terms.

Compensation (for US based employees) :

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $150,000 - $190,000 Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
