Successful broker seeks experienced Real Estate Marketing Assistant who is skilled in the areas of social media, print, phone and video marketing.

Compensation : $25,000-$50,000

Responsibilities :
- Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
- Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
- Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
- Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
- Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
- Provide outstanding customer service to obtain "Clients For Life"
- Communicate with current and past clients to generate repeat and referral business Qualifications :

- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
