Responsibilities
- Embody Spherion Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction. Complete all role-based training to stay at the top of your game.
- Execute the Spherion Operating Model with precision. Document all activities and communications.
- Participate in 1-on-1s, sales coaching sessions, meetings, and client reviews.
- Dive deep into new companies and prepare thoroughly for every call.
- Source and identify key company contacts.
- Make impactful business development calls.
- Schedule and execute joint client meetings with teammates and leaders.
- Manage both new and existing client meetings.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Handle RFPs, agreements, and business reviews.
- Develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Price business competitively while aligning with market strategies.
- Partner with our Strategic Accounts team as needed. Maintain the highest standards in client quality control.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management : Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to network and establish connections within the industry.
- Participation in industry events and professional associations.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Ability to leverage technology for lead generation, client management, and reporting.

- A knack for managing intricate details with ease.
