What’s interesting about this role?

We are seeking a proactive and driven New Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new brand advertisers, establishing contact with key decision makers, and setting up meetings for Account Executives (AEs) to explore opportunities.

This role will have exposure to how we structure deals and close new opportunities to give them the experience to grow as an Account Executive in their career.

How will you make an impact?

  • Research and pinpoint potential brand advertisers that align with our business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to locate key contacts and decision makers within target organizations.
  • Develop strategies to effectively reach out to these individuals.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for AEs with identified prospects.
  • Prepare and provide necessary background information and materials for AEs to lead productive meetings.
  • Ensure all scheduled meetings are confirmed and followed up on.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in Salesforce.
  • Monitor and report on the status of leads and opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of sales reports and forecasts based on Salesforce data.

What will you bring to us?

  • 3+ years of previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a digital advertising marketing company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. Pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including but not limited to job- related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
