What We Need

We need a super-talented Human Resource Generalist who is AMAZING at

• Managing the administration of Workers Compensation, unemployment, and other employee related insurance claims.
• Assisting Managers in investigating and resolving Employee Relations issues.
• Performing routine tasks within human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave;
• disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale;

occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment and payroll laws and regulations, and recommended best practices;

reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability in following up.
• Positive, and enthusiastic team player.
