Assistant Branch Manager, Pioneer Valley Credit Union, Springfield, MA
Pioneer Valley Credit Union is seeking an experienced front line leader for an Assistant Branch Manager opening in Springfield, MA.
This role serves as back-up and support to the Branch Manager and oversees daily front line operations at a busy branch.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coach and train Teller and Financial Services Staff
Perform Vault duties, cash ordering and ATM balancing
Respond to escalated member concerns
Enforce credit union standards and regulations
Drive a member-centered service and sales culture
Process loan applications
Process IRA transactions
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS NEEDED :
Minimum of two years of Credit Union / Banking experience with at least one year in a leadership role. Candidate must be a dynamic, self-motivated, target driven individual.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must be proficient in IRA transactions
