Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with project planning, tracking, documentation, testing, and issue managementParticipate in client-facing consultation calls to understand setup needs and workflowsDevelop and implement business solutions to streamline the implementation processRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience required2-4 years of experience in technical support, customer experience management, or consulting in the healthcare industryKnowledge of general QA processes, including test case and plan developmentExperience with structured documents, data, and workflowsProficiency in MS Office Suite;
prior use of workflow-based tools is desirable
