Responsibilities
Your Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide accurate information to prospective students and determine their eligibility based on our admissions criteria.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with clients, students, and colleagues.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students, following our established procedures.
- Stay current with career knowledge to effectively market our programs.
- Attend and actively participate in admissions meetings.
- Engage in effective phone work to schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and enrolled students.
- Report enrollment cancellations promptly.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and municipal laws and school policies, ensuring ethical practices and nondiscrimination.
- Never misrepresent our institution, programs, or services, and provide transparent information to prospective students.
- Comply with federal financial aid policies related to admissions activities.
- Follow all school policies and procedures, including those related to admissions.
- Accurately prepare, complete, and submit required admissions documents and records.
- Provide applicants with a complete catalog before signing an enrollment agreement.
- Continually meet or exceed the admissions criteria set by the Director of Admissions.
- Respect the confidentiality of school materials.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Admissions.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Sales experience is required, preferably in a proprietary educational setting.
