Job Description :

• Having 8 yrs. of experience in analyzingBusiness Requirements Documents to get a better understanding ofthe systems and create Test Strategies Test plans Test cases andassist offshore / Near Shore team members.
• Having 6 yrs. participate in Requirements DesignDevelopment and Testing Sessions.
• Having 4 yrs. in analyzing project scope andpreparing test execution plans for sprintreleases.
• Involve in the preparationof Test plan Test Strategy and Estimation documents as and whenneeded.
• Involved in the discovery phase fromscratch doing requirements analysis and preparing test scopedocuments and implementation test plan along with the project teamby coordinating with multiple legacy teams.
• Participate in scrum meetings and make sure there is noblocker or dependency to start the regression testing.
• Coordinate with offshore QA team and onsite team to trackthe execution status communicate to project leadership team andraise risks along with mitigation plan.
• Splittechnical tasks between the team members and execute as per theproject plan.
• Review the peers task regularlyand ensure it meets the project quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal resources and thirdparties / vendors for the flawless execution of theproject.
• 4 years. of experience inworking with crossfunctional teams in case of any blocker from webservice or another thirdparty environmentalissue.
• Having experience indeveloping and writing highquality coding that meets customerrequirements in Web / Mobile / API platforms based on the projectneed.
• Create / review BDDfeature files for both iOS and Android apps.
• Having 6 yrs. of experience in coordinating withQA and business teams for system integration and UATtesting.
• Work closely with peerdevelopers and QA team members to ensure the overall quality ofsolutions.
• Coordinate with the Integrationtest teams in planning and executing the endtoend QA and producttesting.
• Follow agile / scrum methodology forsoftware development and reporting updates and progress.
• Experience with Automation test frameworksSelenium for web automation and Appium Playwright for mobile appautomation. Nice to have experience with similar frameworks andtools.
