We're hiring a Flight Paramedic to work with our teamof air transportation experts to safely transport patients to andfrom medical facilities as well as scene call work.

Safety andeffective and efficient patient care are key pillars of ourservices; therefore, you'll work on a quality, professional teamthat is committed to high safety standards for the crew and ourcustomers.

Responsibilities :

• FlightParamedics will assess each situation to determine the best courseof action to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical caresituations
• Utilizes critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill orinjured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians'orders
• Takes pride in providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraftenvironment, maintains regular equipment and base checks, andcomplies with safety standards andbriefings
• Works collaboratively and effectively communicates in aprofessional manner with air and ground teams, dispatch, flightcrews, facilities, andpartners
• Shares shift change information to transitioning team and followsprotocols to maintain accurate company and regulatory documentationandrecords
• Paramedics are accountable to maintain required certifications andongoing training required for theposition

MinimumRequired Qualifications :

• Minimum of3 years of recent experience in an ALS or critical caresetting
• Current EMT-P license / certification in the states served by theassignedarea
• NREMT-P certification may be required in assignedarea
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flightstatus
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (Provided DuringOrientation)
• Will be required to obtain trauma certification within 12 months ofhire
• Advanced Certification (FP-C) is required within 24 months ofhire
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills

Preferred Qualification :

• Previousair medical transportexperience
• Advanced Certification(FP-C)
• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS / PEPP,ITLS / PHTLS
