JOB OVERVIEW :
- Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to provide patient support
- Review instructions from Physical Therapists
- Evaluate individuals and devise treatment plans to enhance mobility, manage pain, promote restoration, and prevent disability.
- Conduct consultations to understand patients' physical condition and symptoms
- Identify movement dysfunction and develop a customized treatment plan.
- Educate patients on proper utilization of therapeutic exercise techniques.
- Administer stimulation or massage to facilitate healing.
Requirements :
- Associate degree in physical therapy education
- PTA license / certification
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and embrace change
- Innate motivation and self-initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanor
