We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer with experience in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our team.

This role will be primarily responsible for the implementation and alignment of development efforts from our Israel-based Development team into the US FedRAMP organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce development and integration, as well as deep experience with GitHub for version control and deployment management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sprint Deployment Management : Review and manage sprint deployments from the main public branch, ensuring smooth integration into the FedRAMP Salesforce org.
• Code Integration : Align and integrate developments from the Israel Development team into the Federal organization, with minimal disruption to existing processes.
• Development : Conduct necessary development tasks in Apex, Aura, and LWC to support integration efforts and resolve any compatibility issues.
• GitHub Management : Utilize GitHub for version control, branch management, and deployment processes. Ensure that all changes are accurately reflected in the FedRAMP org.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of integrated solutions to ensure compliance with FedRAMP regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Israel-based Development team to understand new developments and assist in aligning them with the FedRAMP org’s requirements.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of changes, integrations, and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate future development efforts.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 1+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Apex, Aura, and LWC.
• GitHub Proficiency : Strong understanding of GitHub mechanics, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Communication : Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both the US and Israel teams.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently within the Salesforce platform.
• Must be a US Citizen as you may be required to obtain clearance.
