Project Coordinator $24 / hr Levittown, PA - Hybrid (3 days in office Tuesday-Thursday)

Resource's typical working day :
Supporting two project managers (18 projects currently)
- Heavy Data Entry
- Getting individuals access to work onsite on projects
- Working on Invoicing and working with vendors and accounting team on this
- Monitor payment flow
- Scheduling for the project managers
- Produce weekly reports for the client (activity reports).
- Working closely with the operations team onsite.
- For every work activity that is done onsite there is a method of procedure that has to be printed and taken down to the operations room. This is done daily!
Years of Experience needed :
1+ Year of experience in the project management space is required
Level of Education : H.S Diploma
Systems / Software proficiencies :
Experience using Project Management platforms is highly preferred
