TheDocument Specialist plays a crucial role in developing editing andmanaging technical and sales training materials. This positioninvolves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensuredocuments meet regulatory compliance and brand standards whilemaintaining a consistent style.
The specialist will facilitate thereview process and ensure timely approvals contributing toeffective traininginitiatives.
- Createand revise instructorled training content job aids and technicalguides.
- Collaboratewith content originators stakeholders and approvers to ensurealignment.
- Monitorapproval workflows and communicate processimprovements.
- Conductperiodic reviews of training materials for accuracy andcompliance.
- Maintaina content library and manage document accessibility for printingand digitaluse.
- Participatein training development projects considering global materials andlocalneeds.
- Liaisewith subject matter experts and print shops for materialspecifications andavailability.

- Proficientin technical writing and contentdevelopment.
- Experiencewith Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Acrobat Pro Photoshop) andCanva.
- Strongcommunication and organizationskills.

Education
- Bachelors degree in a technical / scientific field technical writing Englishor a relatedarea.
- Preferredknowledge of adult learning theory and trainingpractices.
- Experiencewith content management systems such as Veeva Vault is aplus.
